Very awesome sales team/finance team! Melissa was amazing when it came to getting us where we needed to be payment wise. She went over everything very thoroughly and we would definitely work with her again!

I dealt with Melissa Pulis and she is absolutely fantastic from the moment we first met her. She genuinely cares about her customers and taking care of them. She did everything possible to make me feel comfortable in dealing with her and the dealership. Great customer service your lucky to have someone like her.

We had went out to shop for a camper and found the first one we looked at. Liam the sales rep was absolutely helpful and did everything we had asked. He was so amazing with everything he did front start to finish. We then went to see Melissa for the financial aspect and I must say she was absolutely wonderful and discussed and talked to us about the packages without pushing anything onto us. I will say we had the best experience buying a camper with the both of them!! They are both wonderful, helpful, kind and happy people. They made the process so much easier. Melissa also gave us a good place to eat when we were done with the process on buying our new camper. I will say everyone should ask for Liam and Melissa when purchasing their new camper and definitely go to Wilkins!!!

Don’t waste your time. There is a huge lack of communication throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, we learned that after signing our paperwork. During delivery, the salesperson actually broke the bedroom door while trying to get into the back bedroom. It wasn’t even put on a work order until our walkthrough two weeks later. It feels like the moment we signed the paperwork, customer service went completely downhill. The dealership is extremely difficult to get ahold of. Phone calls often go unanswered, and getting updates on repairs or concerns has been frustrating and time-consuming. I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews, but we purchased a brand-new camper and it has been nothing but a headache. I’m hoping to save someone else the frustration and suggest looking at another dealer before making a purchase here. The cleaning crew had been in our camper twice, yet when we pointed out the issues, I was met with, “Sorry it’s not up to your standards.” That response was unacceptable, especially after spending a significant amount of money on a new camper. Would have definitely been a 5 star easily if it wasn't for the service department. Called 2 weeks straight and got no answer also left 2 messages for them to call back with no reply. I had wiring done to my vehicle for a brake control and the person who did it left wires hanging everywhere, didn't use weatherproof connectors, ran the wire between my rear tire and suspension it was even through my rear springs. I had issues with the brake control saying overload and left it there while we went for lunch, came back and was told it was fixed, during the drive home the brake control went back to overload. Since I couldn't get any answer from the service department I had to spend 3 hours rolling around under my vehicle to rewire everything and also found the grounds we're not even connected on the inside of my car. This is unacceptable for the amount I paid for the work to be completed, but as I said everything else was perfect.
